Polish and Russian Thunderbird had issues with the Account Manager
window being too narrow on Mac OS X.

All the other locales should check if they have similar problems
in Tb 2 before it's tagged for release.

A tip: if in your locale words are usually longer than in English,
having "width: 60em" in macAccountManager.size may not be enough.

Note that some panels in this window may fit, and others not (most
often: Return Receipts and Security), so while testing, it might be a
good idea to check all the panels.
